for Non-Members

Once you arrive, you will be required to review and sign a Waiver after a briefing with your accompanying Member. These are valid for the calendar year; a new Waiver must be signed for any subsequent participation in any following year.

for Minors

An exception to completing this Waiver on site is whenever a minor under 18 years of age is participating without a parent or legal guardian present to sign on their behalf. In this instance, the Waiver MUST be printed out and signed by the parent or legal guardian and sent along with the minor before entering the club premises.
